This masterclass offers an advanced, integrated approach to pelvic surgery with a strong focus on vNOTES and the evidence-based management of female urinary incontinence. The programme covers key continence procedures—including TOT, TVT, and mini-slings—along with guidance on selecting safe techniques, managing complications, and optimising perioperative and postoperative care.
Participants will receive practical training in pelvic floor ultrasound for diagnosing urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, as well as essential skills in urogynaecological cystoscopy, from setup to real-time application.
The vNOTES component provides a comprehensive foundation in its indications, evidence, and step-by-step surgical methodology for both basic and complex hysterectomies. Additional modules address challenging scenarios such as obesity, prior abdominal surgery, emergencies, and selected cases in pregnancy, as well as adnexal procedures including ovarian cystectomy, salpingectomy, and ectopic pregnancy management. The course also highlights vNOTES applications in pelvic reconstructive surgery, including uterosacral ligament suspension and lateral suspension with mesh.
By the end, participants will be equipped with modern, minimally invasive techniques for advanced vNOTES surgery and the effective management of female urinary incontinence.
his intensive course offers a comprehensive overview of both surgical and non-surgical techniques in cosmetic and functional gynaecology, combining anatomical understanding with the latest advances in patient-centred care. Designed to break taboos and address the realities of aesthetic gynaecology, the course begins with core concepts and evidence-based discussions on patient selection, expectations, and treatment planning.
Participants will explore a range of procedures, including modern labioplasty techniques, the most up-to-date approaches to vaginoplasty, and labia majora augmentation using fillers or fat. The course also covers the use of laser technology in both cosmetic and functional gynaecology, detailing its broad range of indications. Regenerative treatments—such as PRP, hyaluronic acid, and mesotherapy—are examined for their role in genital rejuvenation and anti-aging care.
